Depending on the laws of your country and your income situations you might qualify for support money from the state/county/city/religious community she might have been part of/etc.
Also: Make sure she's _not_ getting embalmed! It might sound stupid, but certain funeral homes make money by senselessly embalming bodies. The US have no law that forces anybody to be embalmed after death - cremation or not.
Try and contact AskAMortician (Caitlin Doughty). She's on YouTube and other places. She is from the USA and might be able to hook you up with information you need, as well as a funeral home that's not to pricey. She might 'also' know of charities which might be able to help in your situation, but I cannot make promises.
